Delete your WS Mail account

Last updated: October 3, 2026

This page explains how to delete an account on WS Mail (wsmailpro.com and the WS Mail app for Android), what is deleted, and what is kept.

If you own the organization

The owner can close the whole organization and delete everything in it, from the website or the app:

  • Sign in and open the Admin Console.
  • Go to Settings and choose Close organization.
  • Type your organization's name to confirm.

Closing takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

If your mailbox belongs to an organization

Your organization's administrator controls your mailbox. Ask them to delete it under Admin Console → Email Accounts, or send us a deletion request from Help → Contact support in the mail app.

If you can't sign in

Email support@wsmailpro.com with the address of the account you want deleted. We will confirm that you own it before deleting anything, and complete the request within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Every mailbox in the organization, with all of its email, folders and attachments.
  • Contacts, calendars, tasks, notes, files and signatures.
  • Domain settings, groups, templates and organization settings.
  • All staff sign-ins (unless the person also has a mailbox in another organization) and finally the owner's sign-in.
  • The organization's subscription is cancelled first, so no further charges are made for it.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Mail server backups — copies made before the deletion are overwritten automatically within 14 days.
  • Billing records — kept by our payment processor (Stripe) for as long as tax and accounting law requires.
  • Domain names you registered through WS Mail stay registered to you. Contact support@wsmailpro.com to transfer or cancel them.

Deleting some data without closing your account

You can delete individual emails, contacts, calendar events and files at any time in the app. Emptying the Trash removes them from your mailbox.
