Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of WS Mail ("the Service") at wsmailpro.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

WS Mail is a hosted business-email platform. You connect a domain you own (or register one through us) and create mailboxes on it. You are responsible for your account, your users, and the content you send and store.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, bulk unsolicited email, or cold/marketing email to people who have not consented.
• Send from a domain you do not own or have not verified.
• Distribute malware, phishing, fraudulent, or illegal content.
• Harvest addresses, evade unsubscribe requests, or falsify headers/sender identity.
• Violate any applicable anti-spam or privacy law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

We may monitor for abuse, throttle or suspend sending, and remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or threaten deliverability or platform integrity.

4. Email sending

Sending is permitted only from domains you have verified ownership of (via DKIM/SPF/DMARC records). Hard bounces and complaints are automatically suppressed and will not be re-sent to. Non-essential bulk messages must include a working unsubscribe mechanism, which we honor.

5. Domain registration

Domains purchased through WS Mail are registered via our registrar partner; by purchasing you agree to the applicable registrar and ICANN terms. You are the registrant and are responsible for accurate registrant details. Registrations and renewals are generally non-refundableonce a domain is registered. Domains auto-renew unless you disable renewal before the renewal date.

6. Billing

Paid plans and domains are billed through Stripe on a recurring (e.g. annual) basis and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel billing from your account; cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current term unless required by law.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or to protect the Service. You may close your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service or that every message will be delivered (email delivery depends on receiving providers).

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WS Mail is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
