WS Mail ("WS Mail", "we", "us") operates wsmailpro.com, a hosted business-email platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using the service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, organization name, and password (hashed).
• Mailbox content — the emails, attachments, contacts, and related data you send, receive, and store, so we can deliver the mailbox service.
• Domain & registrant details — for domains you register or connect, including the contact information required by ICANN for registration.
• Billing information — processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage & log data — IP address, device/browser information, and activity logs used for security and to operate the service.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and secure the email service and your account.
• To send transactional and account messages (verification codes, password resets, invitations, alerts).
• To process payments, registrations, and renewals.
• To detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
• To provide customer support and comply with legal obligations.

Your email content

We process and store the contents of your mailboxes solely to operate the service (delivery, sync, search, spam filtering, backup). We do not sell your email content, and we do not read it except as necessary to operate or secure the service, with your permission, or where required by law.

Service providers (subprocessors)

We share data only with vendors who help us run the service, under appropriate agreements:

• Amazon Web Services (SES) and/or Resend — email delivery and receiving.
• Supabase — database, authentication, and storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Name.com — domain registration.
• Vercel — application hosting.

We also transmit messages to the recipients you choose to email.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete data within the app; on account closure we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS), access is restricted on a need-to-know basis, and mail is authenticated with DKIM, SPF, and DMARC. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for sign-in and security. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
